I. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") of Shop66stars s.r.o., Company ID: 08974101, registered office at Světova 523/1, Libeň (Praha 8), 180 00 Prague, Czech Republic (the "Seller"), govern the mutual rights and obligations between the Seller and any individual (the "Buyer") purchasing products through the Seller's online store. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.

II. Product Information and Pricing

Product descriptions, including key features and pricing, are available on the website. All prices are listed in USD. Prices remain valid as long as they are displayed on the website. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders arising from such errors.

III. Ordering and Contract Formation

The Buyer places an order by completing the checkout form on the website. Before submitting the order, the Buyer can review and edit their information. Costs incurred by the Buyer for remote communication (internet connection, phone calls) are the Buyer's responsibility. The purchase contract is formed once the order is confirmed by the Seller and payment is successfully processed.

IV. Payment and Shipping Terms

The Buyer shall pay the purchase price and shipping costs before the goods are dispatched. We accept the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Cards: Secure online payment via the Stripe payment gateway (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.).

Digital Wallets: Apple Pay / Google Pay (if supported via Stripe).

Goods are delivered to the shipping address provided by the Buyer through professional courier services (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL). The Buyer is responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon arrival in the USA.

V. Return and Refund Policy

Since our products (REGENERATOR) are dietary supplements, we maintain a strict hygiene and safety policy:

14-Day Return Window: We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.

Hygiene Restriction: Returns are only accepted for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging with the protective seal or foil intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Any product that has been opened, has a broken safety seal, or shows signs of tampering cannot be returned or refunded.

Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method (via Stripe) within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

VI. Warranty and Claims (Defective Goods)

The Seller ensures that the product is free of defects upon delivery. If the product is damaged during transit or is defective, the Buyer must contact the Seller at [email protected] immediately with photo documentation. The Buyer may request a replacement or a full refund.

VII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and the purchase contract are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. For customers in the USA, we strive to resolve any issues through our customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Czech Republic.
